The Grief Connection

Making grief less lonely – and making sure everyone has what they need to face it.

The Grief Connection is Jen’s community group, bringing free and low-cost grief support, education, and community events to people who need it most.

Community Grief Support shouldn’t depend on what you can afford.

Jen founded The Grief Connection as a Community Support Group— a group that exists to make grief education and peer support accessible to everyone, regardless of income or circumstance.

Through funding, The Grief Connection delivers workshops, community events, and grief education in local communities, schools, and organisations.

The group is linked to Jen’s wider work — the corporate and coaching income helps fund and sustain the community mission.

“My mission is to make grief less lonely. Not just for the few — for everyone.”

Jen Brighty, Founder.
