Sessions must be booked in advance via the provided booking system.
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and session details will be outlined at the point of booking. - Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.
Late cancellations may be non-refundable. - Personal Responsibility
Coaching is a collaborative process.
